24th - Saturday - 2nd Annual Smyrna Hops and Barley Beer Tasting - Taste 120 different beers from around the world at the Smyrna Market Village in downtown Smyrna, GA. The $20 tickets are limited to 2,000.

26th - Monday - American Beer - A Bockumentary screening - Come watch American Beer with an introduction by beer festival promoter Owen Ogletree and Brian "Spike" Buckowski of Terrapin Brewing and $2 pints of Terrapin Cream and Rye P.A. Admission is canned food to donate to the Athens Emergency Food Bank. The event starts at 7 p.m. at the Georgia Theatre in Athens, GA.

November

5th - Saturday - 3rd Annual Georgia Craft Brew Challenge - Come try the offerings of Georgia's breweries and brewpubs and see which one has the best beer in the state. Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. The festival will be at 5 Seasons Brewing in Atlanta.

28th - Saturday - 2nd Annual Atlanta Cask Ale Festival - Think cask ale is impossible to find in Atlanta? Then check out the Atlanta Cask Ale Festival. Tickets are $20 in advance and no tickets will be sold at the door. The festival will be held at Sweetwater Brewing in Atlanta.
